Ordering From Gadget
Wizard
Orders for products displayed at gadgetwizard.com can only be taken via the website.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order with us.
This e-mail will give details of the goods you have ordered, however, this is an automatic conformation of your
order and does not guarantee that we shall be able to meet your order.
Pricing
All prices shown are displayed in £ pounds sterling and include, where appropriate VAT or any
additional charges.
We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed at Gadget Wizard, are accurate, however, errors may occur.
If we discover that an item has been offered for sale at an incorrect price (either above or below the intended
price) we shall make every effort to contact you and inform you of the correct price. If the correct price is not
satisfactory to you, you have the option of immediately cancelling your order and receiving a refund, or making
the additional payment (if required) to allow your order to proceed. If we cannot contact you, we shall treat the
order as cancelled.
Delivery charges are charged on Gadget Wizard depending on the value of the goods you order, therefore, it is necessary
to show the cost of delivery at the final payment stages. The cost of delivery for your order will be shown before
you submit your credit card details, or confirm your order.
Payments For Goods
Payments for goods can be made in the following ways...
Payment can be made online using our secure server facilities, and made using either Visa, Mastercard, Switch ,Solo
or JCB. We use Barclaycard Merchant Service as our payment gateway.
Payments are also accepted by cheque or postal order which you can post to us.

Delivery & Order
Fulfillment
At present,Gadget Wizard can only
deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
All products from Gadget Wizard are normally delivered within 7 working days. Delivery times for individual products
may vary - where they exceed 7 working days, the delivery time for each item will be clearly shown on the relevant
product description page.
If we cannot deliver your order within the specified period, we shall make every effort to contact you and inform
you of the expected delivery time for your order. If we cannot agree a delivery time with you, you can cancel your
order and receive a full refund for it.
Out of Stock Items
Items that are shown as being 'Out Of Stock' may also offer the option to 'pre-order'.
Items are shown this way because we are expecting a delivery of the item from our suppliers within 7 - 14 days
from the date the item is shown as being 'out of stock'.
Whenever you order an item that has been highlighted as being 'Out-Of-Stock' or available on a 'Pre-Order' basis,
we shall inform you within 5 working days of the expected delivery date of the item. If the delivery date is not
suitable for you, you may cancel your order and receive a refund.
Note : Items that are out of stock with no expected delivery date, or where our expected delivery date exceeds
14 days, are removed from the Gadget Wizard website.
Gadget Wizard accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by late or delayed delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns
The following does not affect your statutory rights.
At Gadget Wizard, we believe that you will be delighted with your order, however, we know that there may be occasions
where you may wish to return an item.
Faulty Goods or Goods Received In Error
If you wish to return an item to us which is faulty, damaged, received in error (you did not order) or for any
other reason that may be our fault, please telephone us immediately on 0870 0113767 and we shall arrange
1. A replacement to be sent to you.
or
2. A refund for the item being returned.
In these circumstances, we shall be responsible for the cost of the returns postage. We will ask you to send the
item back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Only when we receive the item, can we send a replacement or issue
a refund.
Unwanted Goods
If you receive an item that you wish to return, you may do so within 14 days of date you receive the item. Returned
items must be in their original, unopened condition. All you pay for, is the return postage of the items - you
will be responsible for the condition of the item(s) until they reach us - we would suggest that you use a secure
or recorded delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. Once we have received the item, and it is in
satisfactory condition, we shall make a refund to you.
Liability
The Gadget Wizard website is provided on an 'as is' basis, we make no guarantee that our website will be error
free, or be available on an uninterrupted basis. We shall not be held responsible to you if we are unable to provide
any of our internet services to you for any reasons outwith our control. unless we are negligent, we shall not
be responsible for any loss you may incur, loss or destruction of data or any other loss you may incur from the
use of our internet services. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability
to use our website - or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration to your transmissions, or data in
circumstances beyond our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Copyright & Trademarks
All design, images, logo's, graphics, photography,text as displayed on our website, are protected under copyright,
trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the
sole purpose of placing and recording an order with us.
Gadget Wizard respects the intellectual property rights of others, if you feel that we have infringed your own
intellectual property, please inform us as soon as possible.
Data Protection &
Site Security
For the purposes of fulfilling an order on our website, it is necessary to record details about the order and about
you - note, Gadget Wizard DOES NOT store or record your credit card details. Gadget Wizard employs a system whereby
customers can have access to the information (their personal details) held on our systems. It is your responsibility
to ensure that this information is accurate and correct. Gadget Wizard also employs a system that allows it's customers
access to a record of their order history with us.
We make every effort to ensure that all data is held in a secure manner. We employ secure server technology to
help prevent interception of data whilst it is being transmitted, and take the utmost care to ensure that our systems
are protected from unauthorised entry. Gadget Wizard DOES NOT store credit card details for any of it's customers,
we use a third party payment gateway (Barclaycard Merchant Services) to help ensure the highest level of security
for our customers. Gadget Wizard or any of it's employees will ever see, or have access to, your credit card details.
We will use any personal information you provide, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Note : Gadget Wizard does not share information of it's customers with any third party for marketing purposes.
Watershed Feature
& Inappropriate Content
Gadget Wizard employs a watershed feature on it's website, to help ensure that 'inappropriate material' is not
shown outwith specific times of the day. The current times for this feature are 9.00pm - 5.00am GMT. We do not
make an allowance for visitors from overseas who may use a different timezone.
Gadget Wizard does not take any responsibility for any breakdown of this facility that may prevent it from operating
in the manner intended.
Where an item has been stated on our website as being restricted for use by certain age groups, it is the responsibility
of you, the purchaser to ensure that the item is not used by anyone in a restricted age group.
Complaints Procedure
We will take any complaints seriously at Gadget Wizard - indeed we will view any complaints as an opportunity to
improve our service.
If we receive a complaint from any customer, we will acknowledge receipt of it within 5 working days, and deal
with it in an appropriate, honest and speedy manner. We shall make every effort to advise you of the timescale
in dealing with your complaint. we shall keep you informed throughout the process of dealing with your complaint.
